Vendor Policies

Field-Relevant Rules

Badging
Approved vendor list and visible ID

Vendor companies must be on the approved list. Staff may be required to wear name-tag ID or wristband while working on property.

Conduct
Professional worksite

No friends/family in work areas. No smoking/vaping inside. No theft/removal of property or items that appear to be trash.

Breaks
No front-of-house lounging

Vendor staff are not permitted to eat, lounge, or take breaks in front-of-house public space. Use approved staff/team spaces.

Headphones
No earbuds in active work areas

Contractor/vendor staff may not wear earbuds or headphones while working or traveling in active work areas.

Freight
Do not use escalators for boxes/freight

Boxes and freight must use elevators. No loading/unloading through specified glass-door areas or unauthorized spaces.

Safety
Do not block exits or fire equipment

Fire exits, stairwells, extinguishers, hose cabinets, and sprinkler closets must remain visible and accessible.

Storage
No staging inside without approval

Equipment storage/staging inside the Conference Center requires approved storage/boneyard arrangements.
