Coverage Notes
There are 18 total Logo Hunt rooms to cover between Matt and Kevin across the two Monday blocks. You get to choose the split and route. The goal is useful coverage across all rooms, not identical coverage from both photographers. Suggest that maybe one photographer starts in the lowest-numbered room and works up, and the other photographer starts at the highest-numbered room and works down. When you meet, you'll know you covered all rooms.
Two Monday blocks: 2:00-3:30 pm and 4:00-5:30 pm. Rooms are spread across Level 1 and Level 3, with groups rotating in short rounds. Prioritize active collaboration, leadership rooms, and rooms missed in the first block.
Check access-control flow before the first block. The Level 1 Leader Session & Escape Room / 280-person area is likely a priority target.
