Event Basics
Monday-Wednesday, May 4-6, 2026.
Conference Center address from KBYG: 4701 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Password: NTAPFY27. Conference Wi-Fi is available in the MGM Conference Center only.
Registration / Badge
Registration / Help Desk is in the MGM Conference Center, Grand Ballroom Foyer. Government-issued photo ID required for badge pickup.
Badges/lanyards must be worn for conference events and the Tuesday offsite party. Badge pickup for another attendee is not allowed.
Team Meals
Staff meal room. Keep this staff-only info inside the working team.
Use individual assignment gaps; do not assume everyone can use the same meal window.
General staff dinner window. Monday/Tues evening assignments may override.
General Event Flow
The attendee email names the 2:00-3:30 pm and 4:00-5:30 pm sessions as The New Logo Hunt. Welcome reception is 5:30-7:30 pm at The Grounds.
The Grounds runs 10:30 am-5:30 pm. The appreciation party is 7:00-10:00 pm at Grand Prix Plaza.
Keynote Three is 10:30 am-12:00 pm. Geo Sessions begin at 1:30 pm, with Cloud Sessions later in the afternoon.

KBYG says to use complimentary luggage storage at the MGM Grand main Bell Desk in the lobby, open 24/7.
