Tuesday, May 5, 7:00-10:00 pm at Grand Prix Plaza.

4400 Koval Lane, Las Vegas. Plan for badge/ID/security flow and attendee arrival moments.

Attendees need badges/lanyards. KBYG notes no big bags for the Tuesday party.

Matt and Kevin should cut short the final breakout block at 5:00 pm, even though the public block continues to 5:30. This is already built into their timelines so they can eat before leaving.

Plan to be ready to leave the hotel by 5:30 pm. Start looking for an Uber then so there is enough buffer for MGM pickup timing and traffic to Grand Prix Plaza.

Arrive at the F1 offsite location by 6:00 pm. That gives a full hour for clean venue shots and setup coverage before guests start arriving at 7:00 pm.

Capture exterior/context, badge/security entry, shuttle/arrival path if feasible, event signage, and early guest energy.

Prioritize racing simulators, pit stop challenge, helmet/car design, F1 DRIVE karting, racing flags, branded staff, and high-energy group moments.

Capture food stations when fresh, beer/wine bar, attendees mingling, laughter, relaxed small groups, and sponsor/VIP branded areas.

Shoot exterior wide, interior wide/tight, decor/signage, food stations, and unique features before the room fills.

Cover arrivals, activations, kart racing, candids, dancing/mingling, branded NetApp staff, food, and Arrow sponsor VIP seating / branding if visible.
