Coverage Notes
Split coverage
Level 1 and Level 3There are 15 breakout rooms - 5 on level 1 and 10 on level 3. Split this any way you like.
Shot style
Minimal unless called outCoverage of breakouts can be minimal unless they are specifically called out. Get a wide shot only if the room is full. Avoid showing empty seats. Get a few tights and wides of each presenter on stage. Shoot the session sign on the way in.
Break coverage
Shoot breaks near your breakoutsThere will be a break, refreshments on Level 1 and Level 3, and at the Expo. If you're shooting breakouts on Level 3, cover the break area on Level 3. If you're covering breakouts on Level 1, cover the break time in the Expo.
